Thirsty Leaves helps you keep your plants healthy. We designed the app to minimize data collection and keep everything about your plants on your device unless you choose to share it.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect, track, or store personal data, usage analytics, or advertising identifiers.

Information Stored On Your Device

Plant details, schedules, notes, and reminders you add in the app are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to our servers. If you use your device backups (for example, iCloud or device backups), your data may be included in that backup according to the settings you control with your platform provider.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support (for example, by opening a GitHub issue), we will receive the information you choose to provide. We use it only to respond to your request and improve the app.

Third-Party Services

The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or external trackers. Core platform services from Apple (such as notifications or backup) may operate according to their own privacy terms.

Children's Privacy

Thirsty Leaves is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Security

Because data stays on your device, security is primarily managed by your device settings (passcode, biometrics, and backups). Keep your device updated and secured to protect your information.
